		<description>Oh I didn't know about the Cooking Light submissions...I will have to keep that in mind!  Though I think it's a Weight Watchers recipe that she just tweaked a bit to make it more guilt-free.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;My Grandmother would KILL me if I posted the Five Flavor Pound Cake recipe...it is a tightly help family secret that I will one day get rich off of...I mean it has been in the family for three generations now :)</description>

		<description>To lighten up the recipe even more, use Splenda instead of sugar and Egg Beaters equivalent to the 2 eggs.  Gingersnap cookies can be substituted for the graham crackers to give the crust a little more zing.</description>
