		<description>My biggest Thanksgiving mistake was just a huge judgment call gone wrong, not necessarily a forgotten ingredient or overcooked product.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I'm not a HUGE fan of cooking foods with bones, which reminds me that the food I'm preparing used to be a living animal... I eat it, but I prefer not to prepare it.  (yes, I know...)  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;So one year, I decided to serve a beautiful pork tenderloin instead of a turkey.  The meal was beautiful and everything was exactly how I envisioned it. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;But I still haven't heard the end of the teasing for not serving turkey on Turkey Day.  Bad idea!!</description>
