		<description>You can avoid sticking on the grill by making sure it's not too hot. Grill should be about 350 degrees. You can also run some oil on the grates for extra protection. It's best to use a cloth and rub on when the grates are heated up.</description>

I actually used my indoor grill/panini press which is non stick so I didn't have a problem with sticking at all, however if I were doing this outside, I would probably oil the grates just to be safe :)</description>
